I am Lou Farris, that "Realtor Guy (in shorts)." I am a Colorado Realtor and Licensed Mortgage Broker.

I am also a top loss mitigator, nationwide, and have helped many homeowners understand their options and stay in their homes.

I offer real estate services for first time homebuyers, sellers, investors, and developers. I work in residential, light commercial and industrial, and other projects to produce viable solutions in today's challenging market.

People do business with me because of a passionate, intense, and thoguhtful approach is given to every project. I do the things other waon't. I concentrate on the project to make sure the best deal gets done, as convenently and effiiently as possible. i am experienced, judcious, and creative, and meet challenges enthusiastically. More importantly I win for you.

I hold two bachelor's degrees in management and education, and an MBA in Global Management. I have held and ABR designeation which I may opt to renew. I am constantly upgrading my education in real estate and finance, through continuing educcation, reading and studying markets, and taching undergraduate students. I have earned awards from numberous companies, including Qwest, Xerox, Mayflower, and others.

I am well versed in technology uses and exploit technology as fully as possible to make transactions go smoothly and efficiently.
